Plot

Demoted Pittsburgh cop Tom Hardy works river patrol while a serial killer targets women from his past, forcing him to conduct an unauthorized investigation to prove his innocence and expose a dirty cop.

Tom Hardy carries the weight of a police dynasty and a dead father into every bad decision he makes. Stripped of rank and credibility after breaking the cop code, he runs river patrol like a man serving penance. When women from his past start surfacing as victims, the case stops being abstract; it becomes personal accounting. His defining stubbornness, the same quality that got him exiled, is now the only tool he has. The killer isn't just murdering women; the killer is dismantling Hardy's version of reality, one body at a time.
