Plot

1990s, Oregon. FBI agent Lee Harker, with something of a clairvoyant gift, begins working on a cold case without a single lead. For decades, similar tragedies have been happening in the state: suddenly the father of a family brutally kills his relatives, then himself, and in each case nine-year-old daughters are among the victims. Also, mysterious messages remain at crime scenes that no one has been able to decipher. The plot of the film reveals deep psychological and social conflicts, immersing the viewer in an emotionally rich story. The main characters face difficult life choices, overcome a series of serious trials and search for their own path to truth and justice. The director's work is distinguished by the highest mastery of storytelling, impeccable framing and attention to the smallest details of the character of each character. The visuals and cinematography highlight the unique atmosphere of the film, creating a unique effect of complete presence. The musical accompaniment is in perfect harmony with the events taking place on the screen, enhancing the drama of key moments and leaving an unforgettable impression after viewing. This film is deservedly one of the best films of its genre and will be an ideal choice for our New Year's movie evening on the roof.
