Plot

When actress Nikki Grace gets the lead role in a cursed film, her world becomes more and more surreal, blending realities and ideas of infidelity, reincarnation, and supernatural forces.

Following an unsettling, borderline disturbing visitation from a cryptic neighbour, fading film star Nikki Grace is thrilled to land the lead in director Kingsley Stewart's sweeping melodrama, 'On High in Blue Tomorrows'. But as she surrenders to her complex role, the boundaries begin to dissolve. Nikki's character, Susan Blue, bleeds out from the labyrinthine pathways of the unconscious, slowly invading her identity. As she loses her grip on reality and parallel worlds violently interweave, a haunted phantom materialises: a lost girl tuned into the TV sitcom, Rabbits (2002). Now, a waking nightmare unravels. Is Stewart's ambitious project doomed to fail?
