Plot

When a downtrodden janitor, Winston Gooze, is exposed to a catastrophic toxic accident, he’s transformed into a new kind of hero: The Toxic Avenger. Now, Toxie must rise from outcast to savior, taking on ruthless corporate overlords and corrupt forces who threaten his son, his friends, and his community.

Winston Gooze scrubbed the filth of a decaying world until the filth finally swallowed him whole. After a grotesque transformation in a vat of chemical waste, the mild janitor emerges as a mutated powerhouse seeking vengeance against the corporate ghouls who discarded him. He navigates a landscape of neon grime and cartoonish cruelty, balancing his newfound monstrosity against a flickering desire for justice in a city that forgot the meaning of the word.
