Plot

Sosa is a lawyer who haunts hospital waiting rooms hoping to represent the victims of traffic accidents in insurance claims. When he falls in love with ambulance medic Luján, he tries to leave this dark business but the shady law firm that he works for won’t let him off that easily.

Sosa operates in the shadows of Buenos Aires traffic accidents, securing legal claims for a corrupt foundation that thrives on human suffering. He meets Luján, a dedicated physician working grueling shifts in overcrowded hospitals, and their worlds collide at crash sites and emergency rooms. As Sosa grows weary of the violence and fraud surrounding him, he attempts to break free from the organization led by the menacing Pico. His efforts to build a life with Luján trigger escalating retaliation, forcing both into a dangerous confrontation that tests their survival instincts against a system designed to crush them.
