Plot

Ancient settlements were built on the banks of rivers: they protected the inhabitants, gave them food and water, and connected them with neighbors and new, unexplored territories. And today, rivers, like thousands of years ago, help civilization develop: dams are erected, hydroelectric power stations are built, riverbeds are expanded, carrying sources to the most remote areas. Each season of the series reveals new facets of complex human relationships, immersing the viewer in an unpredictable world of intrigue, secrets and emotional experiences. The characters develop throughout the story, facing dramatic challenges and making life-changing decisions. The high level of cinematography, well-developed script and atmosphere make this series an ideal choice for an exciting marathon of episodes.
