Plot

Ash, a handsome, shotgun-toting, chainsaw-armed department store clerk, is time warped backwards into England's Dark Ages, where he romances a beauty and faces legions of the undead.

Whisked off across time and space right after the supernatural events of Evil Dead II (1987), a battle-scarred Ash finds himself trapped in the distant Middle Ages, circa 1300 AD. Forced to battle the same ancient adversary he first confronted in The Evil Dead (1981), he quickly realises he is neck-deep in trouble: not just a couple of stray demons, but an entire army of darkness is thirsting for his soul. With no way back home, the guy with the chainsaw and a 12-gauge double-barrelled shotgun must blast his way through history to defeat the curse of the Necronomicon and save two worlds from total destruction.
