Plot

Unlucky actress Song Xiaoyu suddenly becomes Song Yimeng, the heroine of a fictional world created by the scriptwriters. In it, she is only a victim, doomed to suffer at the hands of the main villain Nan Heng. Once inside the yet-to-be-filmed drama, the girl tries to fight her destiny, but every step turns into cruel consequences. In this alternate reality, everyone lives according to their given roles: some are drowning in court intrigues, while others are suffocating in a frenzied race for love. And only when the couple begins to see each other as people, and not characters, there is a chance to break out of this nightmare. Each season of the series reveals new facets of complex human relationships, immersing the viewer in an unpredictable world of intrigue, secrets and emotional experiences. The characters develop throughout the story, facing dramatic challenges and making life-changing decisions. The high level of cinematography, well-developed script and atmosphere make this series an ideal choice for an exciting marathon of episodes.
