Plot

A newly married couple discovers disturbing, ghostly images in photographs they develop after a tragic accident. Fearing the manifestations may be connected, they investigate and learn that some mysteries are better left unsolved.

After marrying, Jane (Rachael Taylor) and Ben Shaw (Joshua Jackson) move to Tokyo for Ben's photography career. Following a mysterious accident involving an unknown woman, unsettling anomalies begin appearing throughout their photographs. As Jane struggles with isolation in an unfamiliar country, she becomes convinced the images are connected to a supernatural presence. Investigating alongside Ben's assistant Seiko Nakamura (Maya Hazen), she uncovers links to a woman named Megumi Tanaka and to Ben's former friends Bruno (David Denman) and Adam (John Hensley). Strange events escalate, relationships fracture, and Jane discovers that the haunting may be tied to buried actions no one wants exposed.
